Registration data: During the ordering process, you have the option of setting up a customer account with us. Your address details, including email address and orders, are stored here. The next time you place an order, you only need to enter your customer name and a password. The password must be kept secret.
Mandatory information: When registering and ordering, the mandatory information is marked with an asterisk. If you provide additional information, this will also be used for statistical purposes and to improve the MyPaintLab online shop.
Contact : We use and store data that is collected when you contact us (e.g. via the contact form, appointment form or by email) solely to answer your request. The data that is collected is shown on the relevant form. The data provided by the customer can be deleted after processing at their request, provided that this does not conflict with any statutory retention period.
Data deletion: The customer account data will be stored until you cancel your account. The order data will remain stored without the customer account until the order is processed.
