Return & Replacement Delivery

Depending on where the goods are delivered to you (from China or from Germany), you can return the goods with quality problems to the service partner within one month of delivery to the shipping address.

Please contact us with details of the return reasons: e.g. quality problems. Send us photos to help us understand the problem. We will contact you as soon as possible for a solution. In case of quality problems, we will either send you a replacement or you can send the goods back to us. Customers must pay the return postage themselves ! Products that have been unpacked and/or already painted cannot be returned.
