Order process private customers 

We ship our products worldwide, either from our fulfilment partner in Germany or directly from our office in China. You can find the delivery times and costs here.

For customers in Germany: The delivery time is approximately 3–10 days (shipping costs remain the same!).

Conditions for customers in European countries outside of Germany: If the item is available in Germany, the delivery time is the same as within Germany, plus the additional shipping time to your country (parcel transit time).

For all other customers outside the EU, the goods will be shipped either from our headquarters in China at standard shipping rates or from our logistics partner in Germany.

The stretcher frames and stretching service can be ordered without any additional shipping costs.
