myPaintLab Painting by Numbers - Made in Germany:

myPaintLab paint by numbers sets are handmade and are not mass-produced goods from a warehouse in Asia. All sets are only produced after the order has been received and then optionally stretched on wooden stretcher frames.

The vast majority of the sets are made in Germany and not imported. They are manufactured in our own production facility or by our partners in Germany. This guarantees that they are produced locally and that no complex transport routes from Asia are used. Exceptions may apply for small-format paint-by-numbers motifs, motifs with special requirements or certain delivery areas where shipping from Germany would be too complicated.

We guarantee that our canvases are always delivered rolled if no stretcher is ordered - our canvases are never delivered folded!

Delivery times: The delivery time is made up of the production time and shipping time and is currently around 7 working days within Germany. This depends on the order volume, the nature of the shipment and the size of the canvases. It may therefore happen that some shipments have to be sent as bulky goods (freight forwarding). Shipments sent outside of Germany vary depending on the delivery time in the country.

We offer a wide variety of motif sizes and formats as well as a professional covering service for ALL sizes - including large-format, multi-part designs and picture walls. We charge a flat shipping fee of 3.99 euros within Germany, no matter how many items you order.

Production time: myPaintLab only creates each motif after the order has been received and payment has been made. Therefore, there is no warehouse where pre-produced goods are stored. Each picture is truly handmade.

1. For normal designs, we need 1-3 days to complete the production after payment

2. For custom designs we need 2-5 days after the customer has confirmed the preliminary design.

In order to cover the wide range of paint by numbers themes, we have developed an efficient production process. Therefore, customer orders are usually completed within 7 working days after receipt of payment, depending on the complexity of the image. It may take a little longer if the motifs are very complex, as quality is very important to us.

During the ordering process, customers must decide whether they want just the canvas template with paint pots, or whether they want the motif to be pre-stretched on real wooden stretcher frames - individual stretcher frames can also be sent as is. The creation of individual paint-by-numbers pictures takes a little longer in the production process, as the customer must approve the preliminary drafts before production begins.

Shipping time and fees: Depending on the country, shipping takes between 1-10 days within Europe. Outside of Europe, shipping can take 10-20 days. Sometimes the goods have to go through customs. This can lead to delays. Conditions for customers in European countries outside Germany: shipping fees are calculated depending on the destination country.

The shipping costs applicable to you will be displayed in the shopping cart when you enter your country / zip code (recommended if you want to pay directly via Paypal Express), or at the latest when you order as a registered customer or guest with address details.

Please note that for customers from NON-EU countries such as Switzerland, Norway, Great Britain, customs and VAT costs may be incurred in addition to the purchase price.

Express services are available on request. Please contact us by phone or email after ordering and we will organize an express service for you depending on the order (e.g. complexity and size and covering) for an EXTRA fee. These will be communicated to the customer in advance.
